Delete your account & data
You can permanently delete your Clair account and everything tied to it. There are two ways to do it.
RecommendedImmediate
1. In the app
Open Clair → Profile → Delete account. This permanently removes your profile, scan history, and product recommendations, and deletes your sign-in. This cannot be undone.
- Profile is deleted
- All scan scores & history are deleted
- Product recommendations are deleted
- Your Apple sign-in link is removed
Your scan photos were never stored — so there's nothing to delete there.
Within 30 days
2. Can't access the app?
Email contact@7sarl.dev from the email associated with your account requesting deletion. We'll verify your request and delete your data within 30 days.
A note about subscriptions
Deleting your account does not cancel an active Apple subscription — cancel it separately in Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Apple retains purchase receipts under Apple's own policies.
